we’re committed to lowering the financial barrier to wellness in Columbus, Ohio

pricing is on a sliding scale

sliding scale unlimited memberships+ drop in classes

The sliding scale represents the idea that financial resources, including income, are not and should not be the only determining factor in whether or not someone can access services/care/etc. For a sliding scale to work it relies on the principles of truthfulness, respect for complexity, and accountability. I do not ask for income verification. I trust my students and practitioners to be honest.

Community thrives when accountability is a central value, because that is where trust grows and deep work can be done. Teachers deserve to get paid and students deserve classes which recognize the multiple realities of economic access and privilege that exist.

At the end of the day, the sliding scale thrives on trust. Trust is a pretty amazing thing.

Pay It Forward Membership

$150/mo

This is the true value of an unlimited monthly membership, reflecting the cost of access to some of the city’s most incredible Ashtanga teachers and a deeply supportive student community.

If your income is stable, financial security isn’t a major concern, and you can consistently afford “wants,” this price is for you. It acknowledges both your economic privilege and your role in making sliding scale options possible — a contribution we never take for granted.

The Sustainer Membership

$133/mo

The actual cost of unlimited monthly classes. This tier is ideal if you don’t fully identify with either the Supported or Pay It Forward pricing.

If you have steady income, your basic needs are met, and you aren’t focused daily on financial survival, this price is for you. You might be managing debt or building savings, but consistent income is your norm.

If you have access to generational wealth or family/partner support, we appreciate you drawing on those resources before using the sliding scale — so it can remain available to those who need it most.

The Supporter Membership

$113/mo

For those able to meet basic needs but with little to no expendable income. Paying at this level may feel like a stretch, but it wouldn’t create hardship.

You may sometimes stress about covering essentials like food, housing, or healthcare, but generally meet them. You might have some debt, but it doesn’t prevent you from meeting basic needs. You’re employed, have access to healthcare, and likely own or lease a car. You may have modest savings, some expendable income, and the ability to occasionally buy new items, thrift others, or take a vacation every few years without financial strain.

The Foundation Membership

$85 /mo

This tier is for those who don’t have much expendable income. You may not come from generational wealth and might be supporting a family on a single income. Paying more than $85/month would negatively impact your financial well-being — and we’re truly glad you’re here.

You may often stress about meeting basic needs and not always meet them. Debt might limit your ability to cover essentials. You might rent lower-cost housing or face housing instability, have limited or no access to a car, and may rely on government assistance. Savings are limited or nonexistent, and you rarely buy new items or take vacations due to financial strain.

All sliding scale memberships are auto-renewing monthly passes.

You know your situation best — please approach these options with honesty, integrity, and self-compassion.

  • Pay-It-Forward ($$$+): A bit above actual cost — helps fund scholarships and future low-cost classes while supporting your own practice.

  • Sustainer ($$$): The true cost of unlimited classes.

  • Supported ($$): For those who meet basic needs but have little to no expendable income. Paying at this level may feel like a stretch but wouldn’t create hardship.

  • Foundation ($): For those who struggle to meet basic needs. Paying at this level would be a significant sacrifice.

If these tiers don’t work for you, please contact us — we’re happy to co-create an option that does.

Memberships auto-renew monthly on the sign-up anniversary date. We’re unable to offer refunds for processed charges.
